Did you know that our blog, Spring Mountain Living, was named after a cozy little town in Ohio? Well, it is! And that's just where our little homestead is moving (and like, right now too!). Please bear with us we finish our move to our new, lush, 50+ acre farm. I'm excited to get there and even more excited to share our journey with all our our amazing readers.
Over the next year, you can look forward to a lot of new posts. We'll be increasing the size of our garden, adding new animals to the farm and building an eco-friendly home. My hope is to share our new ventures with readers and inspire a similar lifestyle (at your own scale).

Isn't this garden amazing? My in-laws are amazing gardeners. I can't wait to work with them on an even bigger garden this year!

Out of everything I'm looking forward to, I think forraging is one of the things I'm most excited about. What's better than taking a relaxing walk in the woods and coming back with food?

ReplyDeleteI love foraging! I have taught the kids about many of the easily identified wild edibles along with some with medicinal use! Can't wait for asparagus, wood violets, morels and sooo much more!!
